Refund Eligibility
Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In the rare case that a product is delivered in such condition, we will provide either a full refund or a free replacement, as applicable.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure the issue is reported to us with clear supporting pictures within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process
Before issuing a refund or replacement, we may contact you to confirm the nature of the damage or defect.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the order, typically via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) to the same bank account.
Refund Timeframe
- Refunds to bank accounts via NEFT may take up to 15 business days from the date the refund is approved.
Important Notes
- Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
- The name on your Drink to Refresh (D2R) account should match the name of the bank account holder.
- To verify your account details, you may be required to provide a copy of a canceled cheque or bank statement.
- Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
